I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The owner went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied, and the room exceeded my expectations considering the affordable price. The view from my room was absolutely breathtaking, with the Imbabura volcano right in front. The staff was extremely friendly and the entire place was spotlessly clean. Plus, the breakfast with fresh fruit was a great way to start the day.
Nothing to complain about, everything was fine.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was treated like family. The staff went above and beyond, especially when I fell ill and they rushed a doctor to see me, providing IV fluids and attentive care. The food at the hotel was excellent, and I was pleasantly surprised by the generous and filling breakfast, which included a plate of fresh fruits, scrambled eggs with bread and ham, and a cheese with jam. The room was clean and comfortable, with a functional and tidy bathroom. The hotel's location was convenient, just a short walk from the city center, and I enjoyed the spectacular views of the nearby volcano. The prices were also very reasonable, and the staff even reduced my rate when I mentioned considering a cheaper hotel. a truly enjoyable stay.
Nothing to complain about, everything was just fine.

The view from the hotel room was stunning, with an amazing sight of the mountains. Another great fact was that the hotel had its own parking lot which was always safe to park the car. Plus, the breakfast was delicious and saved us money!
We were unable to sleep well because of extreme noise of cars and trucks from the street next to the hotel, which kept us up all night. the room was not soundproof at all which was frustrating.

This hotel provides excellent value for money. The rooms are clean and well-equipped with amenities such as a TV, fridge, and hot water. The view from some of the rooms, like number 5, is absolutely breathtaking, offering a beautiful sight of the Imbabura volcano. The staff, particularly Rosa, are incredibly kind and go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Rosa even gave us a cooking lesson, which was a delightful surprise.

The place is strategically located, close to tourist attractions and with beautiful views of the surroundings. the room had everything we needed, such as hot water and a fridge, plus the parking was safe. the staff was outstanding, always ready to help and with a personalized treatment. We even got a cooking lesson from a lovely lady!
The only drawback was a small mishap with our reservation, but they quickly found a solution that compensated for it. the dinner they offered us for free was delicious, so we didn't really mind.
